Fees for consulting services are as set out in the relevant statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glacira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep confidential information disclosed during an engagement private and to use it only for the purposes of that engagement.

8. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Website at any time. Termination of any consulting engagement is governed by the applicable statement of work and our Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
