Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets out the terms under which Glacira Consulting Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") provides refunds and handles cancellations for consulting services purchased through ulmeron.digital or under a statement of work.
1. Professional services
Our consulting packages are professional services delivered over a defined period. Because work begins as soon as an engagement is agreed, refunds are handled fairly and on a pro-rata basis as described below.
2. Discovery and diagnostic packages
For fixed-scope packages such as Clarity, you may cancel within 7 days of payment provided work has not yet commenced, and receive a full refund. Once the diagnostic work has begun, fees are refundable only for any portion of the work not yet performed.
3. Retainer and monthly engagements
For ongoing engagements such as Momentum, you may cancel with the notice period stated in your statement of work (typically 30 days). You will be billed for work completed and the notice period; amounts paid in advance for services not yet delivered will be refunded.
4. Custom engagements
For bespoke Summit programmes, cancellation and refund terms are agreed individually within the statement of work, reflecting the scope and resources committed.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with your engagement details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Non-refundable items
Work already performed, third-party costs incurred on your behalf, and any expressly non-refundable fees stated in your statement of work are not eligible for refund.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
